WANLI STOCK HISTORY
- Founded in 1996 with a JV between Xiamen Wanli Stone (China) and Minaco Ltd,South Africa.
- Wanli's manufacture and distributed stone products for serveral large projects in China and in world.
- Wanli own, manage and control 9 Stone Quarries – 6 no’s in China, 2 no’s in South Africa and oneinItaly.
- Wanli own and manage 7 factories – 5 no’s in China, 1 no. in South Africa & 1 no. in Algeria.
- Involved in 3 Joint Ventures - US (Atlanta),Algeria/Hong Kong, Malaysia.
- In year 2015, Wanli enter in IPO ShenZhen (Stock no. 002785). In the same year, Wanli have joint venture with ByrockSolutions for turnkey project.
- In year 2016, Wanli invest and diversify in other products, façade curtain walling and manufacture of façade architectural material
- Have 1,153 employees in 2017.
INTRODUCTION OF BYROCK
- Byrock Solutions, founded in 1998
- initially to support Italian construction companies for project site management in Asia.
- The company in the course of the year develop experiences and records in different sectors:

- Cooperation with some of the world leading and best known architects.
- In year 2015, Joint venture with Wanli Stone. Helping Wanli newly listed company to diversify their action into facades and to be full chain for Turnkey projects
- In year 2016, plan and managing the expansion of Wanli Byrock.

Wanli Byrock today is identify as finishing contractor for façade and flooring. Strong supplier and installer for Curtain wall Aluminium , Steel; and of course stone .

Safety

WBs’ main concern is to implement safety roles and procedures to all staff, personnel and sub contractors. Since the beginning of operation and even after the execution of hundreds of projects, no serious casualty has been reported in any site which operated by us. From time to time, our site manager are actively participate in numerous courses, seminar workshops and events related to site safety concern.

Quality Assurance processes and Quality Control measures are value added strengths in WB. Our management and founders’ experience and knowledge of the industry, drives very strict regulation of qualified team member selection and effective implementation, enforced through QA & QC procedures in our business activities.
